“I had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights. A wonderful experience. Uniformed bellmen greet you at the door. Easy and pleasant check-in process. The room was beautiful with an understated aviation theme. The food and service in the restaurants was top notch and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!”

“The aviation theme is very cool and tastefully executed without being tacky. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable with high quality bedding, towels, and pillows, Parking is very easy and accommodating at the garage right across the street. The attached coffee shop and restaurant is excellent and open late. The staff did a fantastic job maintaining the room during my stay and even provided a nice little weather forecast, eye mask, and chocolate covered potato chip! “Chefs kiss” perfection! I look forward to staying here!”

“The Olive Ann Hotel is a fantastic and refreshing boutique hotel in a location I never expected. The hotel has a nice fresh modern feel with an amazing and attentive staff. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with all kinds of snacks and drinks. The mild aviation theming fits the college aviation school located near the hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here next time you find yourself in Grand Forks. I hope I see this boutique hotel expand into other markets! ”

“This is hands-down one of the best hotels we have ever been to and we are a couple that travels multiple times a month. I mean not only is this hotel stunning it has so much attention to detail. The staff was all so friendly and attentive. There is free valet for your car. They offer free shuttles to the big UND events. The location is amazing. You are right in the heart of downtown and close to everything worth visiting in the area. We arrived to a super clean and beautiful room and when we came back that evening a lovely note was left with the forecast for tomorrow along with some chippers and a sleeping mask. I mean this hotel just doesn’t miss. You have to stay here, it is worth the price and the experience. We 100% will be back! ”
